First, determine which size FOREBALLS you need:
When flaccid (soft, not erect), measure only the width of the middle of your glans from left to right (the midpoint of the penile head, between the tip and the corona where it flares out). Do not measure across the widest part of the glans (i.e., the corona, where it flares out). Subtract 1/4" from this measurement. Everyone usually starts out with a 1" inner ball. If you do not have enough loose shaft tissue to encase a 1" marble, you may need to order a 3/4" inside ball.

Canceling an Order Placed through PayPal:

When placing an order through PayPal, it is not us, but PayPal who charges your credit card. PayPal forwards us the total of your order, less a small service fee. If you cancel your order, PayPal will not reverse the charge to your credit card. However, we will refund the money to your PayPal account, less the small service fee. You can then withdraw the funds from your PayPal account and have PayPal send them to you by a mailed check, or by an electronic funds transfer to your local bank account, provided that you have registered your local bank account details with PayPal.
